“As the structure above is supported by columns, partitions can easily be built, allowing the space to be reconfigured to suit a variety of layouts” says Bob. “After completing the major structural work, we added the walls to suit our preferences, but future changes would be relatively easy to make. For example glass block walls can be added to the bathroom to allow privacy from the master bedroom.”
Third Floor
The theater and roof garden occupy the third floor. “It would be relatively easy to convert the home theatre/living room into a bedroom if desired.” Bob offers.
